If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us at starandberrysv@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order has been placed. Our fulfillment center prides itself on fast order processing time, ensuring quick arrival to our customers.

Emails, DM messages on Instagram or via WhatsApp are responded to from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm in the order in which they are received.

In the event that your order cannot be canceled or updated before shipping, we will always be happy to guide you through the return/refund process once your order arrives.
STAR&BERRY is not responsible for incurring charges to resend or replace an order if incorrect information or address has been provided.
