RETURNS
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Consumer Law and its Regulations, STAR & BERRY, accepts changes in merchandise exclusively for purchases made at www.starandberry.com, provided that the product has not been altered by the consumer and against the delivery of the purchased product. In cases where the product arrives damaged, STAR & BERRY must be notified immediately to make a replacement.
[icon:theme-114] WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
The return must be made within a maximum period of 03 (three) business days after receiving the product. For the above, you must send an email to starandberrysv@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp +503 6184 0802 requesting the return and a brief explanation of the reason why you want a return, or write to us on our Instagram @starandberry. STAR & BERRY will refund the amount paid for the product in a maximum of 7 to 15 business days by means of a gift certificate or into your bank account . You (consumer) will have the obligation to return the product in the same conditions in which you received it and without having used it.
In the event that the return is for a reason beyond STAR & BERRY, the costs of freight and insurance will be borne by you (the consumer). If the product is damaged upon receipt, STAR & BERRY will bear the costs of freight and insurance for the replacement of the product.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- That the products were marked on sale or with discounts.
- If the product was used or opened.
- If the packaging or product is not the original ones.
- The items that do not have and will not be returned are all electronic items, sale items, accessories, underwear, swimsuits.
- If the packaging has non-original labels or are violated.
- If the product is scratched, bruised, dirty or otherwise abused due to customer causes.
STAR & BERRY must satisfy the claim within a period that will not exceed fifteen days from said claim. STAR & BERRY may refuse to satisfy the claim if it is untimely, when the product has been used in conditions other than those recommended or typical of its nature or destination or if it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration due to causes attributable to the consumer. .
